CrossFit

I’m wearing my serious face as I type this. For so long now, I have had an enthusiasm and a passion for CrossFit, but I have felt like maybe I don’t belong or that “I can’t” do it….

I completed the 2014 CrossFit Open and while I was not remotely elite and in the scope of things, I was below average…. I did score in all 5 events…

I have a LOT of work to do, but you would be surprised how far I’ve come.

my face says it all here. I am desperately willing that to come up onto my shoulders.
