Monday...

I’m enjoying a nice mug or two of the force this morning… Brewed with pumpkin pie spice! Use this new day to this new week to do something… make a change. It doesn’t have to be fitness related. Make it a goal of yours to perform a random act of kindness. Listen to the story of a stranger! Take time to watch the sunset or rise. Make a small change to your diet. πŸ™‚ May the force be with you! πŸ™‚
